Schedule: **3:00 PM to 11:10 PM** Work Rotation: 6 days on, 1 day off Salary: **R$ 2,005.76** Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 550.00 Basic Food Basket: R$ 145.00 Health Plan: PR Clínicas (After gaining experience) Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) Attendance Incentive Program (PIA): Up to R$ 300.00 Transportation Voucher **PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform kitchen support activities, assisting in food pre-preparation and preparation according to required food safety standards, aiming to meet customer needs and brand commitments. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation as specified in the order ticket, including washing, sanitizing, and cutting food items and placing them in appropriate containers, ready for cooking menu dishes. Assist in bakery activities, such as preparing desserts, cakes, and other items when necessary. Ensure quality of food items within the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. Assist in setting up and restocking the restaurant buffet, coffee breaks, and staff meals, ensuring they remain continuously replenished while maintaining proper presentation. Assist the immediate supervisor in maintaining area controls. Conduct briefings together with the kitchen and restaurant teams. Maintain personal hygiene and food safety, as well as clean kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean in accordance with required food safety standards. Follow management instructions regarding selective waste collection and water and energy consumption, aligned with environmental objectives. Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
