**Main Responsibilities:** * *Propose improvements, monitor results, and maintain constant focus on growth, cost reduction, and service delivery with excellence in mind;* * *Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of commercial activities with organizational objectives;* * *Control, update, and archive essential documents required for the local clinic’s operations;* * *Monitor cash flow and expenses (daily, weekly, and monthly);* * *Manage and oversee clinic activities and processes;* * *Serve as the interface between the company and clients;* * *Manage internal and external teams; **Professional Experience:** * *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields;* * *Minimum 2 years of experience in this role;* * *Must reside in the Serrana region or nearby areas;* * *Experience with Excel.
