Intermediate Excel skills; basic knowledge of automotive mechanics; administrative and financial routines **Responsibilities:** Control and keep fleet information updated in the system Perform and track checklists, allocations, and operational records Create and track Service Orders (maintenance) Manage vehicle and driver documentation (licensing, driver's license, deadlines) Support fuel management and fleet monitoring Organize registrations (employees, suppliers, supplies) Prepare operational and supervisory reports Support daily operations and contracts with information and day-to-day handling
