Therefore, candidates currently enrolled in residency programs scheduled to conclude by March 2026 may only be hired after completing their residency, if selected. It has 460 beds—including 80 ICU beds—and 16 operating rooms. HMDCC specializes in clinical, surgical, and stroke-related urgent and emergency care, with services referenced and regulated by Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat’s Hospital Admission Center. We are also a reference for the SUS-BH Network and for Minas Gerais in high-complexity care across the following specialties: internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and urology.
