Ayko, together to transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide remote and on-site user support via ticketing system. * Resolve issues within the defined SLA. * Escalate tickets to specialized teams. * Support creation/maintenance of knowledge base documentation. * Assist users with account creation, access management, configuration, and profile access adjustments. * Perform workstation maintenance and resolve application-related issues. * Provide network, server, and related functionality support, as well as access security—creating folders and share access, and maintaining email systems according to access profiles. * Provide workstation and printer support, analyzing and resolving software and hardware issues, dispatching and tracking equipment for technical service, and replacing equipment as needed. * Create system users, assign access rights, install applications, and resolve user-related issues. * Identify errors and faults to resolve issues related to asset and network management. * Perform maintenance, configuration, control, and formatting of general IT equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress in Information Technology fields. **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
