If you are creative, organized, skilled in digital strategies, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute weekly and monthly marketing plans. * Create thematic and promotional campaigns for our communication channels. * Directly coordinate our ADMs (internal creators), ensuring alignment with brand strategy. * Prepare comprehensive briefings for designers and editors. * Monitor social media and campaign metrics, generating insights and opportunities. * Participate in influencer and ambassador campaign creation. * Support content production, recordings, media days, and behind-the-scenes activities. * Organize schedules, agendas, and internal departmental workflows. * Ensure brand identity consistency across all channels. ### **Requirements** * 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing. * Proficiency in social media and digital campaigns. * Excellent written communication skills. * Organization, speed, and attention to detail. * Experience in content planning and execution. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Familiarity with management tools (Monday, Drive, etc.). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in betting, entertainment, sports, or gaming sectors. * Experience with influencers and UGC initiatives. * Understanding of metrics and performance (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROI). * Scriptwriting skills for reels, UGC, and campaigns. * Hands-on profile with strategic thinking. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong communication and clarity * Agility and sense of priority * Creativity * Proactivity and autonomy * Organization and accountability * Analytical ability * Ease working with multidisciplinary teams * Openness to feedback and continuous development ### **Opportunity Details:** * PJ contract with various benefits including: Health and dental insurance, educational incentives, TotalPass, Zenklub, and much more! * 100% in-person work in Barueri, SP
