Conduct statistical analyses and diagnostics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop analytical models and predictive studies focused on topics such as turnover, performance, engagement, and diversity. Create dashboards, management reports, and storytelling materials to support strategic decision-making. Automate analytical processes and routines to increase efficiency and accuracy. Translate data into actionable insights and practical recommendations for HR and business areas. Ensure compliance with governance and security best practices, including LGPD. Act as a business partner, supporting evidence-based decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education: Bachelor’s degree completed:** Computer Science, Data Processing Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Training/Certifications Certification:** Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. SQL or Python certification for data analysis. Courses in People Analytics, Applied Statistics, or Introductory Machine Learning. **Knowledge:** Experience working with HR metrics (turnover, headcount, diversity, engagement, compensation), including storytelling and correlation analysis. Experience with programming languages such as VBA, SQL, and similar tools. Experience with data analytics systems (Tableau, Power BI, and similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel). Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations. Experience developing dashboards and control/indicator panels.
