




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing hardware and software technical support, installing and configuring operating systems and applications, and performing maintenance on IT equipment, ensuring connectivity and information security. Implementation of basic information security policies. #### **Responsibilities** * Provide hardware and software technical support to users, ensuring resolution of issues on workstations and mobile devices. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and corporate applications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment, including desktops, notebooks, and printers. * Administer and monitor local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks (Wi\-Fi), ensuring connectivity and service availability. * Implement and manage basic information security policies, such as antivirus, firewalls, and access control. * Manage and resolve issues related to user accounts, permissions, and directory services (e.g., Active Directory). * Document technical procedures, system configurations, and knowledge bases to optimize support and training. #### **Requirements** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related field. * Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in technical support or systems administration roles. * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Server and Client) and experience with Linux (basic commands and administration). * Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network hardware (routers, switches). * Experience with data backup and recovery systems, as well as infrastructure monitoring tools. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. * Familiarity with service desk management tools and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). #### **Skills** * Technical Support (Hardware/Software) * Windows OS (Client/Server) * Linux (CLI/Shell Scripting) * TCP/IP Networking * Active Directory * Diagnosis and Troubleshooting * Virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V) * Information Security (Basic) * Data Backup and Recovery ### **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Cafeteria, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Voucher, Profit Sharing and Results Program ### **Department:** Administrative \- Headquarters
