Job Summary: Very Tecnologia is seeking an IT Analyst specializing in Zabbix monitoring to operate and maintain the Zabbix tool, ensuring visibility and reliability of monitored environments in collaboration with the NOC. Collaborate closely with the NOC and propose improvements Very Tecnologia is looking for an **IT Analyst specializing in Zabbix Monitoring** to perform **Zabbix tool operation and maintenance**, in coordination with the **NOC**, ensuring visibility, availability, and reliability of monitored environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and maintain the **Zabbix platform**, ensuring its proper functionality and updates. * Configure, review, and optimize **templates, dashboards, items, triggers, and alerts**. * Support **incident and event analysis**, performing alert correlation and identifying potential root causes. * Adjust **thresholds and alert policies**, as required by **Level 2 and Level 3 teams**. * Work collaboratively with the **NOC**, contributing to improved operational visibility. * Support monitoring evolution by proposing enhancements to alert models and tool best practices. * Document adjustments, standards, and best practices related to monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Practical experience with **monitoring using Zabbix**. * Experience in **Telecom Level 1 NOC** or infrastructure monitoring environments. * Knowledge of **event and alert correlation**. * Familiarity with **IT and Telecom infrastructure** (networks, servers, services). **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in large-scale or mission-critical environments. * Knowledge of best practices for **proactive monitoring** and reduction of false positives. * Experience integrating Zabbix with other NOC or ITSM tools. **What We Offer:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan; * WellHub; * Market-competitive salary. **Work Format:** * Hybrid **We are Very Tecnologia**, a company driven by innovation, purpose, and people.
