Carry out installation, programming, configuration, and preventive and corrective maintenance routines on Building or Industrial Automation Systems, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), Access Control, Structured Cabling Networks, Environmental Sound Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Nursing Call Systems, Mass Notification Systems, among others; Troubleshoot, repair, program, install, and configure electronic and automation systems; Assemble and close electrical panels; Interpret architectural drawings and electrical schematics; Perform system commissioning and *start up*; Carry out preventive maintenance on Fire Detection and Alarm System devices, such as detectors, manual call points, sirens, and modules.
