Support creation of rich content (briefings, information organization, review). Organize and update landing pages and forms, in collaboration with the agency or internal team. **Content Management** Organize the monthly institutional content calendar. Interface with internal departments to gather information. Send structured briefings to the agency (posts, articles, digital materials). **Digital Agency Relationship Management** Monitor daily agency requests. Validate and route internal approvals. Track deliverables, deadlines, and quality. **Interaction with Internal Business Departments** Support information gathering regarding products, services, and events. Organize communication requests and alignment meetings. **Monitoring and Engagement on Corporate Social Media** Daily monitoring of messages, comments, and mentions. Internally escalate sensitive interactions. Prepare simple engagement and performance reports (with agency support). **Marketing Administrative Tasks** Receive, verify, and forward invoices. Support contracts, budgets, and administrative processes within the department.
