




Job Summary: Ensure continuity of communication and IT operations by administering systems, managing teams, and coordinating projects with a focus on information security. Key Highlights: 1. Administer and supervise the maintenance of IT systems and programs. 2. Manage teams and coordinate projects to optimize resources and explore new business opportunities. 3. Provide technical support to users and manage IT service contracts. Ensures continuity of communication and IT operations managed by the shopping center administration and compliance with information security policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and supervise maintenance of deployed programs and systems, identifying technical and operational issues, implementing modifications or developing new systems when necessary; * Administer IT service contracts, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines; * Manage and mobilize the area’s team to deliver services with high quality; * Coordinate project execution to reduce costs, optimize resources, and prospect new services and business opportunities; * Provide support to computer network users, including equipment repairs and configurations, as well as hardware and software usage; * Train users on available applications and provide troubleshooting support; * Contact software vendors to resolve issues related to purchased applications; * Assemble equipment and deploy systems used by service units and training staff, as well as install antivirus and anti\-spyware software; * Perform equipment maintenance and preservation; * Install software upgrades and implement other adaptations/modifications to improve equipment performance; * Assist in preparing and maintaining equipment inventory; * Fabricate and test cables, extensions, and other conductors according to instruction manuals, creating user-friendly equipment solutions; * Identify issues in the teleinformatics network, detect faults, arrange for technical assistance visits when necessary, and assist in maintenance; * Attend to users, providing technical support and supplying relevant information about equipment and the teleinformatics network; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks Technology, or related fields; Prior experience in IT management roles. **Additional Information** * **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Health and Dental Plans * Transportation Allowance or Parking Credential * Wellhub Nice to meet you—we are Salvador Norte, but you can call us “the hospitality shopping center.” Here, we take excellence in customer service very seriously and strive to positively surprise everyone.
