Job Summary: A technical-pedagogical support professional responsible for conducting trainings, developing professional development pathways, providing continuous pedagogical support, and producing reports and recommendations. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct in-person and online training for educators 2. Develop professional development pathways aligned with the BNCC and active learning methodologies 3. Provide continuous pedagogical support and guide best practices **1. Technical-Pedagogical Support** * Conduct in-person and online training for teachers, pedagogical coordinators, school administrators, and technical teams from State and Municipal Departments of Education. * Design and lead professional development pathways aligned with the BNCC, general and subject-specific competencies, active learning methodologies, and PNLD guidelines. * Provide continuous pedagogical support, guiding best practices for using teaching materials, components of the education system, and digital platforms. * Produce evidence-based pedagogical reports, opinions, and recommendations tailored to the needs of the education networks served. **REQUIREMENTS:** PJ Contract Personal vehicle required Pedagogical experience required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Category: B Personal vehicle Willingness to travel * Commission * Travel allowance * Fixed salary
