




Job Summary: The Quality Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises quality control activities, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation while promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Leads quality control and food safety in the factory. 2. Promotes continuous improvement of industrial processes. 3. Ensures compliance with sanitary regulations and internal standards. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the factory's quality control activities, ensuring that all products and processes comply with sanitary regulations, internal standards, and applicable legislation. Acts preventively and correctionally with production, maintenance, and storage teams to guarantee food safety, product standardization, and continuous improvement of industrial processes. Supervise and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards across all industry sectors. * Monitor production process stages, tracking from raw material receipt through finished product storage and shipment. * Conduct periodic internal inspections and audits, identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive action plans. * Develop and update manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), good practices manual, HACCP, and mandatory quality records. * Coordinate sampling for microbiological and physicochemical analyses, interpret results, and implement necessary measures. * Ensure proper cleaning of equipment, utensils, and production areas, monitoring appropriate use of cleaning agents and PPE. * Train and guide production, cleaning, maintenance, and storage teams on quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures. * Monitor shelf-life control and traceability of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. * Maintain up-to-date document control, including temperature monitoring records, checklists, inspection reports, and compliance evidence. * Supervise pest control and waste disposal, ensuring compliance with legal and environmental requirements. * Support the procurement department in supplier evaluation and qualification, verifying quality and compliance of received materials. * Collaborate with the industrial manager to propose process and productivity improvements without compromising product quality and safety. * Ensure product labeling, identification, and packaging comply with sanitary surveillance regulations and company policies. * Represent the quality department during external audits, sanitary inspections, and official certifications. * Periodically report quality results and indicators to management and executive leadership. * Ensure fleet complies with sanitary requirements * Ensure temperature records are maintained for truck loading and unloading **Job Details Below:** **Location:** Rua Viana do Castelo, 310 – São Francisco / BH-MG **Schedule:** Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour break. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or cost reimbursement (no payroll deduction); Gympass; Clube Ifood; Access to the Starbem platform (online medical, psychological, and nutritional support) AMIL health insurance (after probation period); Multibenefits Card – R$100.00 per month; Meal voucher or food allowance of R$440.00 per month;
