Use of cutting and slicing equipment 3. Assembly of meal boxes and meal service Prepare and organize food, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery. Use the guillotine (GI) to cut vegetables in a standardized and safe manner; operate the cheese slicer to obtain uniform slices; and, while seated, sort beans, separating grains according to established standards. Assemble meal boxes, arranging food items per the nutritionist's instructions. Also responsible for serving meals at third-party establishments, ensuring timely delivery and food quality for recipients. Exposed to kitchen heat, adapting to working conditions while maintaining hygiene and food safety during task execution.
