After-sales activities and product follow-up Dear Candidate, We currently have an opening for a Commercial Assistant position in Salvador/BA. Mandatory Requirements: \- Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or Food Engineering; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; \- Prior experience in duties related to this role, preferably within industrial settings. As a Commercial Assistant, your responsibilities will include: \- Maintaining and updating the General Commercial File (by customer, supplier, visit reports, etc.); \- Coordinating commercial team travel arrangements, including scheduling visits, taxis, flights, hotels, etc.; \- Updating follow-ups; \- Managing sample inventory; \- Performing after-sales activities, tracking products from warehouse dispatch through delivery to the customer, documenting and taking appropriate actions; \- Entering various data into the system (purchasing/approval of samples/after-sales, etc.); \- Negotiating transportation logistics across the entire importation and sales chain to the customer—including import lead times, etc.; \- Mastering and being familiar with your manager’s customer portfolio; \- Supporting commercial coordinators/supervisors and the commercial leadership team regarding customer requests; \- Verifying orders; \- Collecting documents requested by customers / completing forms—e.g., ISO certifications, permits, approvals, etc. \- Preparing company product presentations and/or market trend presentations.
