Develop the team to achieve sales campaign and incentive goals; issue daily sales reports to monitor department performance and goal achievement; monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, identifying training and development needs for technical capability, meeting demand, and continuous development of personnel and the department; ensure activities are carried out according to established policies; control, supervise, and monitor the professional routines of sales representatives both inside and outside the company. Analyze and guide negotiations and sales, plan sales, attend to customers, collect consumer market indicators, supervise external sales team routines, have in-depth market knowledge and especially of the target audience, stay updated on product features to clarify doubts or counter misinformation. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor; Reside in Eunápolis or Teixeira de Freitas; Class B Driver's License; Availability for travel.
