Direct visitors and third parties to the correct locations. Verify third-party documentation in the shared spreadsheet with SESMT. Issue maintenance orders for the front desk department. Control vehicle entry and exit in the spreadsheet for resin unloading, warehouse, and cafeteria. Ensure compliance with OEA regulations regarding identification and control of personnel entry and exit. Answer phone calls and route them to specific departments. Complete system spreadsheets for taxi voucher control. Instruct drivers to perform pre-registration in the system. Verify delivery dates of resin material invoices. Manage keys and access to visitor restrooms. Measure daily water meter consumption. Previous experience as Secretary, Telemarketing Operator, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
