**Finance Intern** Responsibilities and Duties: **Bank Reconciliation and Financial Closings** * Perform bank reconciliation and close the financial transactions; * Support the monthly closing of financial trial balances. **Support to Accounts Payable Department** * Enter invoices, receipts, and various bills into the system for payment; * Update and monitor financial control spreadsheets; * Send documents to third-party accounting services; * Assist in verifying payments via internet banking; * Support the preparation of financial reports. **Support to Accounts Receivable Department** * Read and process bank return files in the system; * Record receipt settlements in the system. **Reports and Improvements** * Generate, verify, and analyze financial data reports. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** Currently enrolled in Business Administration or Accounting, between the 2nd and 5th semester, evening classes. **Mandatory Knowledge:** Experience in routine financial processes. Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in accounts payable/receivable processes. Use of ERP systems/integrated management systems.
