Join this team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive, analyze, and issue Service Orders (SO) related to automotive maintenance. * Update and monitor the status of SOs in computerized systems. * Organize and control maintenance documents and records. * Support the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Communicate with maintenance teams to ensure SO deadlines are met. * Generate performance reports and area indicators. * Assist in managing inventory of materials and parts required for maintenance. * Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes and workflows. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in administrative routines; * Data organization and standardization skills; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus. **Additional information** #### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * Meals at the company restaurant (subject to area of operation); * Employee association; * Housing under loan agreement (available at select locations); * Incentive program; * Meal allowance.
