Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in operations, medical staffing, customer service, or administrative roles (healthcare, insurance, assistance, or similar); * Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred (Administration, Management, Healthcare, or related fields); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in operational routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Spreadsheets; * Clear communication, collaborative attitude, and problem-solving orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience supporting medical staffing management; * Familiarity with healthcare management systems or CRM platforms; * Basic understanding of operational metrics (SLA, TMA, ticket volume, etc.).
