Involvement in billing, migration, and feasibility studies. **Job Description:** **Position**: Office Assistant; Billing, migration, customer relationship and management; **Remuneration**: R$ 2\.200,00 per month. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. **Technical Skills:** Preferred: Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Driver's license category B (with driving experience). **Behavioral Skills:** Willingness to travel; Strong oral and written communication for interaction with team and customers; Ability to solve problems assertively; Proactivity in process follow-up; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Sense of urgency. **Responsibilities for this role:** Conducting feasibility studies for migration; Managing the migration process; Interacting with customers, conducting site visits and meetings according to LL Energia’s policies, addressing their requests with the distribution and supply companies, presenting operational results in the Free Market, and clarifying doubts; Verifying distribution and energy billing and taking action in case of billing errors; Preparing energy consumption, expense, and savings reports in the Free Market.
