Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience. We are looking for a committed, agile, and gastronomy-passionate cook to join our hospitality team in BRT lounges. The professional will be responsible for producing and finishing dishes and snacks while maintaining the high standard of quality, flavor, and presentation required by our brand. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and assemble menu items according to technical specifications; * Assist in developing menu suggestions and improvements; * Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation; * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good handling practices; * Monitor storage conditions and shelf life of ingredients; * Support inventory management and restocking orders; * Collaborate with the service team to ensure a positive customer experience. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cook in professional kitchens (restaurants, hotels, lounges, or similar); * Knowledge of food cutting techniques and dish plating; * Certification in Good Food Handling Practices (preferred); * Completed high school education (technical course in Gastronomy or related fields preferred); * Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
