




The **occupational nursing technician** participates in implementing accident and occupational disease prevention programs, providing emergency care and attending to accidents in the workplace, administering first aid, monitoring vital signs, and applying health knowledge to promote workers’ well-being. **Salary:** R$3\.349,48 **Work schedule:** 200h (Mon\-Fri) **Modality:** In\-person **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct admission, periodic, return\-to\-work, change\-of\-function, and dismissal medical examinations, as stipulated by labor legislation (NR\-7), to monitor workers’ health and detect possible occupational diseases; * Plan, implement, and monitor the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), ensuring workers receive appropriate health monitoring according to the occupational risks to which they are exposed; * Provide immediate care in cases of work\-related accidents or medical emergencies, administering first aid, assessing the severity of the situation, and referring the worker for medical treatment when necessary; * Identify and assess environmental hazards present in the workplace (e.g., exposure to chemical, physical, and biological agents), proposing corrective and preventive measures to promote occupational health; * Refer workers to medical specialists, physiotherapists, or other healthcare professionals, as needed, ensuring appropriate follow\-up and treatment for conditions that may impact job performance; * Assist the occupational nurse and occupational physician in admission, periodic, return\-to\-work, change\-of\-function, and dismissal medical examinations; * Develop and implement initiatives to promote workers’ well\-being, including cardiovascular disease prevention programs, weight management, personal hygiene, healthy nutrition, and physical activity, ensuring employees’ occupational health; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical Nursing degree; * Specialization in Occupational Nursing; * Valid registration with the professional regulatory council; * Relevant work experience. **Additional benefits** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * On\-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * SESC; * Wellhub; * DayOff. **IMED** is a nonprofit social organization dedicated to promoting public health.
