The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Department in supplier management and monitoring, contributing to on-time delivery, process organization, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support and execute activities related to supplier portfolio management, ensuring adequate company supply within established deadlines. The professional will conduct active follow-up with domestic and international suppliers, tracking purchase order confirmations, delivery timelines, and operational matters. Responsibilities also include system data entry and updates, organization of departmental documents and files, information control, and support in preparing reports and KPIs.
