




**Responsibilities:** **Connectivity Analysis and Monitoring** * Continuously monitor fleet connectivity in the field. * Identify communication failures, instabilities, and connection drops. * Open, track, and act on technical tickets when failures are identified. * Conduct analyses to identify root causes of connectivity issues. **Image Analysis (Computer Vision)** * Monitor and validate the operational status of computer vision cameras. * Analyze DVR functionality, ensuring correct image recording and transmission. * Identify and address failures in image capture, storage, or transmission. **GPS and Telemetry** * Analyze failures related to GPS and telemetry systems. * Investigate events, inconsistencies, and location discrepancies. * Support resolution of issues affecting traceability and data reliability. **DVR and Sniffer** * Analyze sniffer-related failures. * Resolve DVR operational issues. * Ensure data collection and transmission integrity. **Specialized Technical Support** * Serve as the technical focal point for After-Sales, Sales, and Administrative teams. * Support resolution of complex technical questions and issues. * Prepare detailed technical analyses, reports, and assessments when required. **Hardware and Certification** * Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including: * MCU freezes. * General tracker failures. * Kernel resets and other instabilities. * Support equipment certification and validation processes. **NOC and Automation Activities** * Operate with an NOC (Network Operations Center) mindset. * Continuously seek opportunities to automate operational routines. * Contribute to developing robots and automated solutions, reducing manual interventions. **Education:** Completed or advanced-stage undergraduate degree in: * Information Technology / Information Systems * Computer Science / Software Engineering * Systems Analysis and Development * Computer Networks Technology, Automation, or related fields **Experience:** * Prior experience is not mandatory. * Candidates with analytical, investigative, and proactive profiles are highly valued, even at early career stages. **Desired Knowledge:** * Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems (e.g., Zendesk). * Basic IT knowledge. * Microsoft Office suite. * Proficiency with digital systems and platforms. * Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and analytical ability. * Process automation mindset. * Basic hardware knowledge.
