




Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and analytical generalist HR professional to support recruitment & selection (R&S), training & development (T&D), payroll processing, vacation control, and occupational health and safety. We seek a generalist HR professional with experience in key activities including R&S, T&D, submission of data for payroll closing and electronic timekeeping, vacation and working-hour bank management, benefits requests, and monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational medicine and safety processes (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory trainings, etc.). #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Submit data for payroll closing and electronic timekeeping; * Manage recruitment processes, from job requisition through completion of the new employee’s probationary period; * Coordinate and monitor training programs; * Manage vacations, working-hour banks, various types of leave, and the benefits package; * Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety regulations at the site; * Prepare monthly performance reports; * Monitor HR metrics to ensure achievement of planned targets; * Oversee HR department processes, ensuring required procedures and audit evidence are properly maintained. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with RM Labore (TOTVS) system is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Basic Food Basket; * Mobility Assistance; * Life Insurance; * EBD Store.
