Come to Cogna. **Responsibilities and duties*** Support building maintenance, including minor repairs to doors, windows, locks, and floors. * Ensure cleanliness and safety in maintenance areas, keeping the workplace in good condition. * Supervise external service providers, ensuring safety and verifying work execution. * Perform painting tasks. * Assist in simple electrical, hydraulic, and building repairs. * Replace light bulbs, outlets, and perform minor repairs. * Supervise service providers. * Keep tools and materials organized. * Respond to internal maintenance requests. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma (complete) Knowledge of building maintenance processes.
