We are seeking a committed and passionate Barista to join our team and ensure the high standards of quality, flavor, and service at our café. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, cold beverages, and specialty drinks according to the menu; * Assemble and finish beverages carefully, precisely, and creatively; * Provide friendly customer service, presenting products and suggesting pairings; * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment; * Assist in inventory control and restocking of supplies; * Ensure product quality and proper functioning of equipment. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a barista or in café customer service; * Knowledge of coffee brewing and extraction methods (preferred); * Attention to detail, organization, and meticulousness; * Good communication skills, friendliness, and agility; * Proactivity and ability to work well in a team; * Flexible availability for scheduling. **Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM – Days off: 1 day per week and 1 Sunday per month.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * On-site meals
