What we are looking for: A professional capable of ensuring excellence in food preparation and product quality, in compliance with the standards established by the chain, while guiding the team in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and overall organization, adhering to regulations and guidelines issued by Health Surveillance. Your key responsibilities and activities: Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of your assigned area (equipment, cold rooms, stockroom, and waste disposal area) at the beginning and end of each shift, in accordance with hygiene standards set by Health Surveillance and the chain—always using approved cleaning products and personal protective equipment (PPE); Ensure that all necessary supplies for projected sales volume are available in appropriate quantity and quality, managing ordering, receiving, and storage of goods to guarantee full menu item availability; Adhere strictly to the chain’s standardized product preparation procedures, ensuring product quality, proper packaging, and accurate delivery timing; Be thoroughly familiar with the menu and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and effectively communicate them to the kitchen team through clear direction and guidance, safeguarding the quality and standardization mandated by the chain; Ensure all ingredients and products used comply with quality standards, supplier verification protocols (PVPS), and traceability requirements, following procedures outlined in relevant legislation (LVs), and fully complying with Health Surveillance and the chain’s Quality Department regulations and guidelines; Prepare and manage kitchen assistant work schedules based on demand and sales volume to ensure smooth kitchen operations; Contribute to store profitability by comprehensively controlling both complete and partial waste, aiming for optimal kitchen expense ratio; Act cooperatively and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, supporting other departments and leaders with the sole objective of enhancing the brand’s reputation and improving store performance; Lead and manage the kitchen team—including planning, supervision, and conducting training—while attending to motivational factors and workplace environment, resolving conflicts, addressing potential issues, and implementing improvements to ensure team productivity and support store results. It would also be great if you had: Completed high school education; Experience as a Kitchen Leader or Head Chef; Proven experience leading teams; Knowledge of food safety.
