




RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Prepare all dishes, beverages, and desserts according to the chain’s standards, aiming to meet customer expectations and thereby deliver their best dining experience. Ensure that all necessary supplies for the shift are available in adequate quantities, guaranteeing daily preparation and assembly within the department and enabling prompt customer service, always using products approved by the chain; additionally, unload and receive goods from delivery trucks. Perform cleaning and organization tasks, as well as removal and storage of products in the refrigerated or frozen chamber during operations, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure that all used equipment is in good condition and functioning properly, reporting to leadership any need for maintenance or replacement. Verify that all products to be used comply with quality standards, following procedures established by the chain and health surveillance authorities, and promptly inform leadership of any irregularities—e.g., expired products. Be familiar with the menu and preparation procedures regarding weights and measurements (Operational Manual), seeking regular updates from leadership to ensure adherence to the chain’s established standards.
