The professional will coordinate the implementation of new product lines, investment analysis, and the use of advanced simulation methods—such as finite element analysis—to optimize designs and processes. They will also be involved in supplier negotiations and cross-departmental integration. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** Innovation in sanitary metal products and stainless steel sinks. Combines deep technical expertise in metallurgy, advanced manufacturing, and product design with disruptive thinking to develop proprietary technologies. Transforms innovative concepts into commercially viable products. Defines tasks, establishes execution conditions, and performs critical analysis of work carried out by engineers, designers, and technicians. Coordinates the development and implementation of new products and processes together with other departments, as well as improvements and modifications. Continuously analyzes installed products and production lines to enhance and rationalize operations, proposing solutions related to products, processes, equipment, tools, and raw materials used. Conducts technical/economic investment analysis (EVA) for new projects. Performs cost estimation for new products and registers relevant information—including materials, machines, capacity, physical layout, and actual manufacturing time (Technology). Monitors and implements inputs and new materials via certification of approval. Tracks the performance of new products and processes, making adjustments when necessary and promoting continuous improvement across all technology projects. Manages supplier procurement, selecting companies with optimal technical and financial capabilities to meet project and process requirements. Maintains ongoing relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and delivery timelines.
