




Job Summary: Lead and motivate the sales team, develop strategies, and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring target achievement and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the sales cycle and relationship management with key customers. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets; * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base; * Coordinate the sales team, manage schedules, respond to customer complaints, and provide post-sales support upon request; * Manage the full sales cycle through order closure and delivery; assist in preparing promotional campaigns or events; * Provide ongoing guidance and training to the sales team; develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners to identify additional sales opportunities; * Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ activities; * Prepare regular sales performance reports; * Support sales representatives as needed. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; proven experience leading a sales team; higher education degree in a related field; courses or training focused on Sales and Leadership. **Requirements:** * Organizational and planning skills, composure under pressure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence and motivate teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office, responsibility, and problem-solving aptitude.
