




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: minimum, completed high school * Prior experience in food companies (desired but not disqualifying) * Proactivity * Commitment * Teamwork * Respect for hierarchy * Ability to work under pressure * Good interpersonal relationships * Punctuality * Goal achievement * Focus on work **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare machines and workplace for packaging and filling: * Clean equipment: light cleaning (daily) and general cleaning (weekly and monthly) with assistance from helpers * Organize and maintain a clean workplace * Guide the activities of the machine production assistant, when applicable * Verify product to be packaged and packaging: check whether the product matches the description on the packaging to be used * Compare the product against a standard * Control and monitor the filling process on the equipment * Load film roll onto the equipment and adjust centering and proper sealing of welds * Set date coder with relevant batch number and date * Feed product into the equipment * Adjust product weight on the equipment according to weight printed on packaging * Verify weights of packages * Monitor printing on packaging, preventing defects or missing print * Replace film roll and adjust film welds * Always instruct assistants regarding daily schedule and tasks to be performed; * Identify failures and perform minor preventive maintenance * Knowledge of equipment setup and basic maintenance * Adjust operational parameters in the machine’s program * Understand machine operational adjustments * Accurately record production controls: downtime, maintenance time, hours worked, production issues, quantity produced, defective quantity, packaging losses, and product losses * Check packaging for printed batch number, printed expiration date, properly sealed welds, absence of package twisting, and absence of printing defects * Verify weight of 8 units every 48 units produced, and also communicate these checks to the assistant when present * Always ensure net weight is at least the amount declared on labeling * Always verify display quality; if supplier defects are found, set them aside and notify the operator * Always verify barcode (EAN) on label and sachet, which must be identical * Pay constant attention to product expiration date and batch number * Organize the production area * Clean equipment and workstations **Equipment Used:** o Automatic dry product filling equipment with 4 dosing scales; o Dry powdered product filling equipment with auger doser; o Tools used: spoons, scoops, screwdrivers, Allen keys, rubber mallet; Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.620,00 \- R$2\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
