We are seeking proactive, organized, and committed professionals to work as Assembly Assistants for Balcony Window Frames, supporting all installation stages and ensuring excellence, quality, and efficiency in every project. **Your responsibilities:** * Assemble and install balconies, railings, and PVC safety panels, ensuring proper alignment and finishing. * Read and interpret project drawings and measurements; * Perform cutting, adjustments, and installation of profiles, glass, hardware, and accessories; * Ensure proper finishing, sealing, and alignment of structures; * Provide support for maintenance tasks when required. * Conduct opening, closing, and sealing tests to ensure quality. * Follow safety regulations throughout the entire assembly process. **Requirements:** * Reside in Palhoça/SC (preferably); * Prior experience assembling balconies, window frames, or PVC structures; * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting project drawings and measurements; * Availability to work at heights. * Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality and safety. **What we offer:** * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Birthday day off * Dental plan (after probation period) * Attendance bonus * Productivity-based commission (after probation period) * Weekly fruit distribution * Partnerships with gyms * Partnerships with educational institutions **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:18 Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.750,00 – R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company vehicle
