Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining inventory levels in accordance with the company’s business strategy, monitoring products, and managing commercial policies and purchase orders. Analysis of performance indicators and monitoring of commercial policies. * **Professional responsible for maintaining inventory levels in accordance with the business strategy.** * Monitor slow-moving products, excess stock days, or critical dates and propose Sell-Out actions; * Keep manufacturers’ commercial policies up to date (pricing table, payment terms, lead time, and target stock days); * Ensure visibility of new product launches/innovations for the Sales Department; * Prepare and submit purchase orders, analyzing inventory levels, turnover rates, distributor targets, and manufacturer targets (Excellence Plans and Commercial Campaigns), always obtaining necessary approvals; * Fulfill the Sell-In order schedule with manufacturers and, whenever possible, secure phasing incentives; * Participate in negotiations with manufacturers; * Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with Sell-In and funding obligations; * Maintain accurate product master data; * Monitor purchase orders to identify any discrepancies that may arise during the process; * Track product deliveries, ensuring resolution of orders recorded in the system and proper analysis of deliveries with critical dates; * Ensure development of portfolio-related performance indicators and timely updating/sending at the appropriate frequency; * Flag underperforming items to Sales and Commercial Managers according to distributor and manufacturer guidelines; * Ensure timely return of information to manufacturers; * Participate in developing commercial policies to optimize inventory utilization, align with manufacturers’ strategies, and leverage system capabilities. **Requirements:** Reside in Eunápolis/BA; Completed High School education; Intermediate Excel skills; A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields is desirable and will be considered.
