We are hiring a professional to work as a Highway Driver, with an expected start date of 04/01/2026, at the IFBA Campus \- Porto Seguro. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate official vehicles for transporting people, materials, documents, and cargo; * Transport staff, students, and authorized individuals; * Support academic and sports trips; * Maintain vehicles in optimal condition and operational readiness; * Conduct daily inspections (tires, oil, coolant, brakes, and electrical systems); * Monitor fuel consumption and arrange vehicle maintenance as needed; * Complete traffic and route control reports; * Immediately report incidents and vehicle damage; * Comply with traffic regulations (CONTRAN) and institutional guidelines; * Ensure passenger safety (seat belt usage, responsible driving); * Provide courteous, confidential, and professional service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license Category D or higher, with EAR (Remunerated Activity Endorsement); * Minimum one year of documented experience in CTPS (Employment Record Book); * Collective Passenger Transport Course; * Defensive Driving and First Aid Courses; * Medical and psychological fitness certificate; * Criminal record clearance certificate. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic automotive mechanics knowledge; * Basic fire suppression knowledge; * Experience in customer service. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication skills; * Punctuality and accountability; * Teamwork; * Proactivity; * Ability to handle adverse situations. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance (50% covered by employer, 50% by employee), with no co-payment; * Life Insurance.
