We have a team with deep technical expertise. **Front End Engineer** ---------------------- ### **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields—or currently pursuing one. * Solid experience with React (componentization, hooks, state management, Context API, React Query/Zustand/Redux, routing, forms, rendering optimization). * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, coding standards, testing (unit and integration tests for front-end), and version control with Git. * Ability to consume and integrate REST APIs and Webhooks, structuring robust, performant, and secure data flows on the front-end. * Knowledge of design system best practices, accessibility, and usability. * Familiarity with modern development tools: CI/CD, containers (for local environments), pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for front-end deployment. * Strong communication skills, clarity in raising questions, proposing improvements, and writing simple, objective documentation. * Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to grow both technically and in product understanding. * Understanding of the full development lifecycle—from planning to deployment. ### **YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM** * Design, develop, and maintain critical front-end features of the SplitC platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and an excellent user experience. * Evolve our front-end architecture by contributing to standards, best practices, design systems, and reusable components. * Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive, functional interfaces. * Consume APIs and collaborate integrally with the team to align data models, contracts, and integration performance. * Write high-quality code with appropriate test coverage and actively participate in code reviews. * Monitor and resolve issues related to performance, UX, complex data flows, component loading, and UI bugs. * Participate in building and evolving development processes (CI/CD, deployment, documentation, standardization). * Act as an innovation agent: suggest tools, approaches, libraries, and improvements that elevate platform experience and efficiency. ### **WHAT WE VALUE:** ️ Good solutions > perfect solutions — fast execution; ‍ Technical expertise and rapid learning; Self-accountability; Collaborative mindset (teamwork, co-creation, continuous improvement); ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** PJ (individual contractor); Health and dental insurance; Remote work; 30 days of paid leave after the first year; ️ Wellhub Conexa Saúde Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at its early stage; ️ Transparency in company finances.
