Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and organize documents and records related to patient quality and safety * Support scheduling of meetings, trainings, and internal audits * Enter and update data in spreadsheets and institutional systems * Assist in preparing reports and presentations * Ensure communication among departments to support core activities while maintaining confidentiality of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school; Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative routines, preferably in healthcare institutions or quality departments **Additional Information** Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its work through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and a focus on optimal outcomes.
