Job Summary: This role is responsible for the operational management of Marketplaces, ensuring catalog performance, and supporting the team with operational clarity and process maintenance. That’s why we’re always seeking new talents ready to make a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for operational management of Marketplaces; * Ensure catalog performance and availability; * Meet SLA requirements; * Oversee the entire store launch workflow, coordinating with departments, requesting equipment, and training operational staff; * Clarify operational questions, handle customer issues, and prioritize support tickets; * Liaise with internal and external partners; * Manage e-commerce platforms; * Perform maintenance of routine processes (daily, weekly, monthly, and variable). #### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role is required; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
