Join us on this journey.* Lead and technically/operationally guide the shipping team members, providing direction, supervision, and/or execution of activities—based on received demands or shipping schedules—ensuring adherence to deadlines, compliance with technical standards and pre-established schedules, guaranteeing required quality standards, and assuming responsibility for services delivered by the team according to quality and productivity indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead, guide, and/or execute processes related to the shipment of finished products, assigning and directing tasks to the team for loading and shipping, while monitoring deadlines and service quality. * Separate batches of finished products to be loaded and shipped to customers by reviewing documentation, sorting products, verifying product specifications and expiration dates, and making them available for loading. * Verify product loading onto trucks, checking documentation specifications (quantity, product type, destination, etc.), guiding cargo handling, and receiving and forwarding returned goods from customers to storage. Maintain* constant attention toward continuous process improvement, maintenance of required quality standards, and defined delivery deadlines. * Ensure proper product handling and observe correct procedures for truck loading. * Monitor the condition of pallets used in the area and request their replacement, repair, or disposal as needed. * Verify shipment of finished products according to delivery schedules, locate materials in warehouses, request forklifts, and supervise transportation of goods to the loading dock. * Close out the period’s shipping operations by compiling and summarizing information from daily records for review by supervisors and internal controls. * Participate in the annual stock inventory coordination, overseeing physical counting and data recording for stock control and accounting purposes. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and ensure proper care, organization, and cleaning of tools and equipment for reuse when necessary, complying with applicable standards and procedures. Contribute to maintaining, retaining, and motivating the team by identifying training and development needs, promotions, transfers, replacements, etc., in alignment with Human Resources’ strategic policies, supporting supervision and coordination regarding timekeeping, vacations, etc. * **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma.
