We are seeking individuals who: * Wish to begin their career as a security guard (with company-subsidized training); * Or already hold security guard certification but have expired refresher training. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor the area to ensure site security, maintaining vigilance over personnel and vehicle movement. Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward clients and their staff. Provide any information or assistance requested by your immediate supervisor. Perform visible duties to promote the safety of people, facilities, and assets, deterring and preventing actions harmful to client interests—whether criminal or not—while complying with legal requirements. Follow all directives and procedures established for your assigned post. Prepare daily shift/post reports as specified by the company. Be responsible for safeguarding materials under your custody (firearms, documentation, and post equipment). Complete all necessary documents for performing your duties (e.g., security logbook and time card). In case of an incident, act proactively according to established procedures, prioritizing your own safety and protecting the assets entrusted to you. Perform other duties inherent to the position.
