This set of operations aims to make us the best Private Healthcare Provider Network in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and verify medical orders together with required documents (reports and estimates), and enter them into the insurer’s portal as soon as possible, respecting each insurer’s rules; * Monitor daily via the insurer’s portal the progress of each process, assessing whether the analysis timeframe remains appropriate. If deadlines are exceeded, request priority handling from the insurer; * Analyze pending items and request missing information (e.g., reports or justifications) from physicians via email, entering the received material into the portal as quickly as possible; * Notify physicians and involved departments upon process completion, clarifying whether authorization was granted fully, partially, or denied. Similarly, record in the portal whether the procedure is a bundled package and identify the authorized supplier. * In case of denial by the insurer, assess the possibility of direct billing to the patient. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Availability: 220 hours per month * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48; * Behavioral skills: strong interpersonal relationship, attention to detail, proactivity, sense of urgency, and dynamism. **Additional Information** * Organization and focus on deadlines; * Analytical ability; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Proactivity and accountability.
