Participate in training sessions to improve techniques Industry seeks an Assembly Assistant in Lajeado (Floresta). **Responsibilities:** Prepare materials, parts, and tools required for the product assembly process. Assist in assembling equipment, structures, or products, following instructions and quality standards. Verify conformity of parts and components before and during assembly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. Record production information, such as quantity assembled, incidents, and any issues. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Follow safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and internal company procedures. Support final product inspection to ensure readiness for use, packaging, or shipment. Assist in preventive maintenance of tools and equipment used in assembly. Participate in training and guidance sessions to improve assembly techniques and work quality. Previous experience as an Assembler, Assembly Technician, Production Assistant, or Assembly Operator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
