**Position: Responsible Technical Pharmacist** **Position Summary:** Responsible for ensuring excellence in pharmaceutical care, guaranteeing compliance with health regulations, rational use of medications, and clinical guidance to patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform medication dispensing, emphasizing pharmaceutical care and safe guidance to customers/patients; * Supervise and ensure compliance with good pharmaceutical practices, storage, expiration dates, psychotropic control, and other requirements established by current legislation (ANVISA, CRF, VISA); * Serve as the unit's technical responsible party before regulatory agencies, when applicable; * Support the technical development of store attendants; * Conduct training and technical updates with the customer service team; * Strategically manage the pharmaceutical product mix and relationships with prescribers; * Support health initiatives, promotional campaigns, and pharmacy community engagement programs. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Pharmacy, with active registration at CRF; * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacist in commercial pharmacies; * Solid knowledge of health legislation, SNGPC, and controlled substance regulations; * Proactive attitude and results-oriented; * Proficiency in POS systems.
