Global Operations: Ensuring excellence in execution—from procurement through the supply chain and reliability—delivering quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the entire value chain. This position is based in Arroio do Meio (onsite), with CLT employment terms. Where You’ll Make a Difference * Operate and adjust equipment such as bagging machines, heat sealers, box formers and sealers, stretch wrappers, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks. * Perform palletizing, labeling, product verification, and packaging. * Carry out cleaning and sanitation of equipment, production areas, and building structures. * Prepare cleaning solutions and mixtures of micro-ingredients. * Collect and send samples for analysis. * Support processes involving extruders, sieves, filters, and metal detectors. * Conduct physical inventory counts of materials and packaging. * Request vacation time via the Meu RH system. What Makes You the Right Person * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule and rotating shifts. * Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. * Organizational skills and responsibility for operational routines. * Prior experience in this field is considered an advantage.
