**Position: Pharmacy Attendant** **Position Summary:** Professional responsible for delivering excellent customer service, possessing extensive knowledge of pharmacy products and processes, ensuring efficiency, empathy, and accuracy in guidance and sales. Act as a technical and behavioral reference for the customer service team, contributing to team performance and store results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person, by phone, or through digital channels, focusing on answering questions, advising on medications, and offering suitable products based on their needs; * Conduct consultative sales of medications, perfumery, dermocosmetics, and convenience products; * Verify and register medical prescriptions according to current legislation; * Assist in organizing and restocking products at the point of sale; * Stay updated on new product launches and characteristics; * Support and train newer attendants, sharing best practices; * Collaborate with inventory management, expiration date control, and stock verification; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and other common store areas; * Monitor performance goals and indicators, striving to exceed targets. **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed (Technical or higher education in health or customer service fields is desirable); * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy attendant or in related roles; * Knowledge of medications (prescription, generic, similar, and OTC), perfumery, and personal care products; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and results orientation; * Experience with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses in pharmaceuticals, sales, or customer service; * Familiarity with sanitary regulations and ANVISA guidelines; * Experience in high-traffic pharmacies or retail chains.
