Manage PPEs and supervise high-risk work **We are seeking a professional to join Minuano's SESMT team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN at Companhia Minuano de Alimentos, your focus will include:** * Developing, issuing, and keeping up-to-date occupational safety documentation; * Managing the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Emergency Brigade; * Conducting, managing, and delivering safety training, including safety onboarding and NR-related training; * Investigating workplace accidents, issuing Work Accident Reports (CAT), and arranging medical follow-ups when necessary; * Managing third-party safety documentation; * Conducting safety inspections to identify improvement opportunities and unsafe conditions; managing protective equipment and periodically reviewing its effectiveness; * Performing Risk Analysis (APR), Work Permit (PET), and supervising high-risk activities; * Managing PPE orders and deliveries, registrations, and providing usage guidance; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Experience in developing and implementing safety programs; ability to conduct safety inspections and audits; proficiency in delivering safety training (refresher courses); knowledge of and ability to interpret Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs). **You stand out if you have:** * Experience in slaughterhouses. **Additional Information** **Working hours:** * 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM OR 4:00 PM to 1:19 AM **Our benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Days off on the 31st of each month; * Service anniversary bonuses; * Annual school assistance; * Monthly education assistance for technical and undergraduate courses; * Profit-sharing program; * Health insurance plan; * Attendance bonus; * Meals; * Pharmacy partnership; And much more!
