Coordination with other departments to advance requests **About the Role** We are looking for an organized, agile, and highly collaborative professional to serve as back-office support for the customer service team. This person will directly assist consultants, ensuring process efficiency, timely handling of requests, and high-quality client deliverables. **Responsibilities** * Support customer service consultants with daily operational requests * Perform data entry, updates, and verifications in systems * Organize and track customer requests, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards * Assist in drafting and sending documents, announcements, and reports * Coordinate with other departments to advance requests * Ensure information accuracy and up-to-date status * Resolve administrative pending items related to customer service **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college enrollment preferred) * Experience in administrative routines or customer service * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks * Agility and attention to detail * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in condominium management or public-facing customer service * Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving orientation **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:55 to 18:08, with a 1h25m break * Location: Lajeado / RS Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Childcare allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work location: On-site
