Manage datasheet files.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Import Intercompany results (eLIMS import files); * Verify test substitutions (ComLIMS coding) and inform the Commercial team for substitution in the linked quotation; * Enter results from group or external laboratories that do not generate an e-LIMS import file; * Monitor samples with delayed Intercompany results: “open samples” report from ASM-tool; * Follow up with external laboratories for delayed results; * Send printed/signed reports requested by customers; * Assist in proactive communication with customers regarding potential delays caused by any routine issue affecting the established deadline; * Archive required documents according to quality requirements; * Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. **OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Eurofins values—refer to website or Integration Manual; * Comply with QSMS requirements (ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001). * Commitment to continuous improvement, development of the quality, health, environment, and safety management system, and awareness of aspects/impacts and hazards/risks associated with one’s activities. **Qualifications** ----------------- **REQUIRED PROFILE:** **Behavioral competencies:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, and dynamism. **Required education:** Technical course in relevant field (Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or Microbiology). **Additional education:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Biology is a plus. **Languages and expected proficiency level:** * **Prior experience (type and duration):** 1 to 3 years of experience. **Technical knowledge:** Laboratory experience is desirable. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00; 13:15–18:00
